PTFE Dispersion

PTFE scrap

For more than 15 years, Frexim International has been actively involved in the collection and recycling of PTFE scrap materials worldwide, supporting more sustainable industrial practices and helping
partners reduce waste.
We collect PTFE scrap from our customers. Materials are sorted and reprocessed into recycled PTFE, mainly used for non-critical applications.
This approach contributes to reducing industrial waste, supporting circular material use and providing cost-effective alternatives where virgin material is not required.

PTFE Micropowder

We offer high-quality polymerized PTFE micropowder as part of our product range. Produced by controlled polymerization rather
than irradiation, this material provides consistent particle morphology,
excellent thermal and chemical stability, and very low extractable content.
It is ideally suited for coatings, inks, engineering plastics, and lubricant formulations requiring reliable performance, improved wear resistance, and reduced friction. The absence of irradiation processing ensures

PFA

Frexim International supplies PFA materials manufactured by Dongyue Group, one of the world’s leading fluorochemical producers, recognized for stable quality and reliable large-scale production.
Designed for demanding and high-purity industrial environments, Dongyue PFA offers excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability
and electrical insulation properties.
PFA, a copolymer of TFE and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether, provides superior processability compared to PTFE while maintaining outstanding fluoropolymer performance. It is widely used for tubing, wire and cable insulation, molded components and corrosion-resistant equipment, particularly in semiconductor and chemical processing applications.
All supplied PFA materials are post-fluorinated to ensure enhanced purity, improved chemical stability and reduced extractables. Material

ETFE

Frexim International supplies ETFE materials manufactured by Dongyue Group, one of the world’s leading fluorochemical producers, recognized for consistent quality and reliable large-scale manufacturing.
Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) is a fluoropolymer combining strong mechanical performance, chemical resistance and good processability. Compared with traditional fluoropolymers, ETFE offers excellent impact strength, weather and radiation resistance, good adhesion to metal surfaces and lower material density, making it suitable for demanding engineering applications.
Available in powder, liquid and pellet forms, Dongyue ETFE can be processed by extrusion, injection molding and coating technologies. Typical applications include wire and cable insulation, tubing, films,
linings and molded components used in chemical processing, electronics, automotive, construction and agricultural industries.

FEP

Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) is a melt-processable fluoropolymer combining excellent chemical resistance with outstanding electrical insulation and optical transparency. Compared with PTFE, FEP offers easier processing while maintaining low surface energy, high purity and excellent dielectric properties, making it well suited for electrical applications and high-quality tubing.
Available in pellet form for extrusion and injection processing, Dongyue FEP is widely used in wire and cable insulation, transparent tubing, films, semiconductor fluid handling systems and corrosion-resistant linings.

Over the years, we have built strong and direct relationships with leading fluorspar producers, enabling us to integrate this activity as a dedicated business unit within our portfolio.
We work closely with established manufacturers in China to export both acid-grade ( and in minor part metallurgical-grade fluorspar). In addition, we source raw material in Mongolia and process it in our facility located
in Inner Mongolia, the strategic production region at the border
between China and Mongolia.

HFP

Frexim International supplies Hexafluoropropylene (HFP) produced
by Dongyue Group, recognized for stable production and consistent product quality.
HFP is a key fluorinated monomer used in the manufacture of fluoropolymers such as FEP, PFA and fluoroelastomers, contributing
to improved processability, thermal stability and chemical resistance.
Thanks to controlled production and high purity, HFP is suitable
